Fees 

Fees are £40 per hour, which could mean assistance at Court for a Hearing of only £120 which includes travel costs. Estimates of costs at example Courts are set out on the Costs page.to assist.

Charges will be £40.00 per hour for work undertaken in relation to a case:
a)     Charges are logged in minimum units of 15 minutes for hearings, meetings and travel. Minimum units of 5 minutes for disbursements.
b)     Travel (fuel mileage/tickets is included in the hourly rate) to and from Court or meetings will be charged at the rate of £40.00 per hour.
c)     Disbursements including but not limited to assistance with statements/telephone calls/emails will be charged at the rate of £40 per hour.
d)     Minimum attendance time at Court is 2 hours charged at the hourly rate of £40 per hour.
 
Costs are rarely awarded in contact and residence cases. In the event that you are
awarded costs, you will not be able to recover my fees from other parties.
